Terms of Service

By using AI Jingle Maker, you agree to use the service responsibly, lawfully, and with permission to provide any brand names, slogans, prompts, or campaign details you submit.

Credits and one-time packs

One jingle generation uses 8 credits and returns review variations when the generation service completes successfully. Free trial runs, paid credit packs, and monthly credits are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Credit packs are one-time purchases; pack credits never expire and stay on your account until you use them.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription: it renews every month at the displayed price until you cancel, and your monthly credits are added to your balance at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Subscription and billing) or by emailing support@skybringup.com from your account email — cancellation stops the next renewal, and your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling never removes credits: pack credits and subscription credits already on your account are yours to keep and do not expire. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

If the provider returns a failed result, the credits are returned to your balance automatically; if a generation seems stuck or never arrives, contact us — you do not pay for work that is not delivered. Unused credit-pack purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If a payment was duplicated, credits did not arrive, or a subscription did not activate, contact us and we will make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Where mandatory consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights are unaffected.

Prices and changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms as the product changes. Your first purchase always shows the current price at checkout before any charge, and subscriptions renew at the recurring price shown on the pricing page. If we change prices, we will update the pricing page and these terms before the change applies to a renewal. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version of these terms.

Generated audio is a creative draft. Review the result before using it in a podcast, ad, campaign, or brand channel, especially when the content needs disclosure, licensing, legal, or platform review.
